You have to get you eBook copyrighted in your name, write up a the "Terms of Use/Copyright" while making sure that you've left no loopholes that anyone can take advantage of. Then you need to write a disclaimer for it and so on.
After all that, you have to proofread your work with extreme thoroughness because any mistake on your part could prove to be difficult with bad results.
